Level 1 Restoration.... Barring the rips and tears and a fading of the sepia, this example is relatively intact. £15-20 would be the price for a restoration of this type.
Level 2... A large part of the image is in a considerably poor state and needs rebuilding... £20-25.
Level 3... Heavy damage, areas need constructing from scratch and fading is uneven. This photo requires a complete overhaul... £25-30.
Alteration... The cost of any alteration is dependant
on the extent of the work involved.
As an example here we have removed
all signs of clutter, the cigarette has been
removed and the whole colour definition
has been enhanced for a much improved
finish...
Alterations of this type:
£15-20.
Key improvements have been carried out below. The mountains wanted to be the focal point but the central image of the water tap distracted the eye. So we started with the removal of that distraction and then repalced the sky entirely, while adjusting the light on the mountain top to enhance the new focal point.

Due to the nature of the work, it is not practical to display an 'off the shelf price' as each project differs from the previous.
We offer a range of bespoke services and the cost is dependent on the amount of time taken to complete the job, and also your choice of output.
However, quide prices are illustrated on the left, and every effort is made to keep these as accurate as possible.
Figures stated are based on standard sized photos, (upto and including 8” x 6”) anything larger than this is obviously more time consuming, costlier to output and will therefore incur more costs. (these will be priced accordingly)
If you’re satisfield with your quote and go ahead with the purchase you will NOT be charged any extra if the process proves more problematic and time consuming than originally anticipated.
If you’re unable to scan the image please state this in your e.mail and arrangements can easily be made for you to post your photograph to us via the traditional method. We advice sending via recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for anything that goes astray in the postal system. It will be slightly more expensive with this service but worth every penny for the peace of mind in the knowledge that your valuable photos will not be lost forever.
